Conditions for reservation
Please note these general booking conditions:
- Once your stay is agreed we will require an email from you within 24 hours that confirms the details of your booking request
- To confirm this request a non-refundable deposit is payable by bank transfer within 5 days – 25% of the total amount
- An additional 25% is payable 12 weeks prior to arrival
- The remaining 50% of the total amount is payable 6 weeks before your arrival
Cancellations:
- Up to 12 weeks prior to arrival: 25% (the initial deposit amount)
- Between 6 weeks and 12 weeks: 50% of the total amount is due
- Less than 6 weeks: 100% – the full amount of the holiday is due
We highly recommend our guests take out suitable holiday insurance in case of cancellation
Your Hosts
As hosts and caretakers, we have accommodation on site to ensure the smooth running of the gîtes during your stay. We work in the background to carry out day-to-day maintenance but are also on-hand to help with requests such as restaurant bookings and recommending excursions, visits and so forth.
Reservation
Please send us an email at info@la-ganiere.com with your name, preferred accommodation and arrival/departure date for a reservation request. Do note that the reservation is only final when you receive a confirmation.
